R.E. Ziegler Remodeling & Construction was founded by Richard E. Ziegler in June 1973. It is a fully licensed and insured company dedicated to performing high-quality residential renovation, home remodeling and home construction projects. Rich has remained with the company since the beginning; our Field Supervisor, Kevin Berry started in 1976; and Ernie Zserai, our Office Manager joined us in 1993.

Our company has been in existence for more than 38 years and holds an excellent reputation for superior craftsmanship in both basic and complicated home construction projects, including siding and roofing. Our reputation is based on decades of custom home construction, light commercial construction, and residential remodeling in PA communities like Lancaster, Lebanon, Hershey and Harrisburg.
